Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to enhance our inventory management efficiency. You will ensure accuracy in inventory across various stages, including RTE, Raw, and Finished Goods, by conducting daily cycle counts and audits. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining effective communication and fostering strong working relationships with different departments.
ResponsibilitiesEmploy standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency.Ensure inventory accuracy in the areas of RTE, Raw, and Finished Goods by performing daily cycle counts.Perform quarterly inventory audits and assist with the Year-End Inventory Audit.Facilitate communication involving any inventory discrepancies or other concerns with appropriate team members.Foster effective working relationships with production, material handlers, planning & design, purchasing, warehouse management, accounting, and quality assurance.Investigate inventory discrepancies and make corrections as needed.Assist with analysis of inventory-related transactions such as process order yields, delivery notes, material usage, and Weeks of Supply.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities and develop best inventory management practices.Conduct cycle counts as needed.Investigate high variances in work orders and cycle counts.Help maintain all inventory accuracy on the floor.Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize inventory management.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong skills in inventory control and cycle counting.Ability to perform administrative support tasks.Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.2+ years of manufacturing experience.2+ years of experience in inventory control.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
