Johnson Service Group is looking for someone with 5 years of Inventory Control experience to work at a company in Thousand Oaks, CA area. This is a Temp-Direct job.

Pay Rate: $28.00-$30 per hour

 RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Perform daily cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
•Identify and resolve packing errors and discrepancies.
•Verify item information, including checking barcodes/UPCs.
•Investigate and respond to customer complaints related to inventory or shipment errors.
•Quality check (QC) product and process data entries into WMS/ERP.
•Execute inventory movements and adjustments accurately according to the location plan.

• Participate in planning and executing the annual physical inventory.
• Generate inventory reports and support internal audits.
• Collaborate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree preferred

Experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory control.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System
• Experience with Dynamics Great Plains (or any other ERP)
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Experience
• Experience in a warehouse distribution environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
