Experience with IBM Maximo Inventory Optimization required
- Experience working in SAP ECC6 Materials Management (MM) required
- Experience working in SAP S/4HANA Logistics desired

Some travel may be required (to Warehouse locations at Longford, VIC, Barry Beach Marine Terminal (Welshpool VIC) and Long Island Point (Hastings VIC)

Scope:
o Ensure optimal materials management and transactional excellence for Equipment and Materials
o Manage inventory levels to balance costs vs service levels consistent with business line objectives
o Ensure localization of global inventory processes in preparation for operatorship transition

Responsibility:
o Analyze inventory data and consumption to identify stock optimization opportunities
o Evaluate and adjust min/max stock levels to balance costs vs service levels
o Perform stock replenishment activities and work closely with Procurement to ensure stock availability
o Conduct annual Dormant and Overstock analysis and ensure results are reviewed with business line
o Facilitate physical inventory verification to ensure control processes are being followed
o Localize global inventory processes for use post operatorship transition
o Participate in UAT processes for the SAP Carve-out
o Post CIC – enable the integration of the Gippsland Operations with the broader Woodside business

Competency:
o Knowledge in inventory, supply chain and warehouse including SAP ECC6
o Data Analytic skills - capable of managing large volumes of data utilizing data analytic tools e.g., Excel
o Effective communication, interfacing across multiple levels and functions including cross-cultures
o Excellent time management, prioritization, and workload planning skills
