We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Temporary Inventory Clerk to support our manufacturing team. This is a short-term role beginning July 7, with an expected end date in early to mid-September. Responsibilities:

Physically and electronically receive materials for productionLabel and maintain job-specific and standard inventoryStock production floor stations and warehouse shelvesPerform regular cycle counts and inventory auditsReport any discrepancies between physical inventory and system recordsKit and issue materials to production as scheduledMonitor inventory levels and communicate stock-outs to procurementTrack expiration dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) usageRemove obsolete inventory as neededCommunicate with outside suppliers to resolve material issues

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Forklift experienceGood communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with external suppliersCustomer service mindset when supporting internal teams
