**Inventory Manager -- 2nd Shift -- Weekly Pay**
**Manage the daily processing, inspection, control, and storage of received inventory. Oversee HUB Inventory, ensuring regular counting, monitoring, and material usage. Collaborate with the Purchasing Specialist to avoid stock out situations.**
Responsibilities
+ Liaise with Line Leaders, Kit Room, Dispatch, and production personnel to ensure seamless communication of plans, targets, and priorities.
+ Accrue and book all incoming inventory deliveries on IQMS.
+ Perform inventory inspections and report any issues to the Quality Manager.
+ Conduct cycle counts and adjust inventory as needed in IQMS.
+ Determine and manage inventory locations, including labeling racking and scanning parts to locations.
+ Ensure daily storage of incoming inventory and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
+ Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year in a warehouse setting
+ 1+ year in inventory management
+ 1+ year of computer skills, including ERP, MRP Systems and Microsoft Office
+ 6+ months of forklift experience
+ Attention to detail
+ Highly organized and self-motivated
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
+ Interpersonal skills
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests
+ Strong communication skills
+ Capable of lifting loads up to 50 lbs
Work Environment
This position is located in a climate-controlled, wide open, and very clean environment with a relaxed atmosphere. The team consists of 5 members. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with availability needed for overtime and occasional Saturdays. The dress code includes steel or composite toes, pants, and a t-shirt with layers as needed.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
