Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing incoming mail, processing documents, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking. Responsibilities: • Sort and count incoming mail on a daily basis with precision and efficiency. • Review and analyze document content to determine appropriate handling and routing. • Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in documents and ensure compliance with client rules. • Input key data into internal systems to maintain accurate records. • Scan and digitize documents for internal and client use. • Conduct research to locate missing information in documents. • Monitor and log document counts and other critical metrics. • Assist with special mailroom or data entry projects as directed by leadership. Requirements • Experience in inventory tracking and management processes. • Familiarity with assembly line operations and workflows. • Proficiency in handling asset inventory and conducting annual physical inventories. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation. • Skilled in data entry with accuracy and speed. • Ability to effectively use scanning equipment and related tools. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Previous experience in mailroom operations or similar roles is preferred.
