Inventory Assortment Lead

**What you’ll do:**
"The principle role of Assortment Lead -ES EMEA is to work with all the divisions / networks in ES-EMEA & lead the central Inventory Assortment Process for the business
- Responsibility & ownership running half yearly Assortment process
- Responsible for managing Regional Inventory initiatives including DC assortment, slow moving inventory actions and support
- Ownership of leading various SCM transformation projects.
- Development of various tools & improving overall inventory health & DOH
- Provide analytical and decision-making support to optimize inventory across business
- Prepare and align inventory expectations and forecast (FC) as report out for the monthly FC process.
- Ownership of central inventory reporting for ES-EMEA specifically Forecast Vs Actual & working on mitigating the gaps to achive objectives
- Coach, train & guide Analysts by sharing knowledge & providing the subject mater expertise across Plan For Every Part (PFEP), Inventory Assortment & initiatives to improve inventory quality ratio (IQR)
- Coach, train & guide Analysts by sharing knowledge & providing the subject mater expertise
This role will report directly to the EMEA SIOP Manager & own central projects & initiaves related to Inventory"

Demonstrate strong functional knowledge & working experience related to materials management & detailed understanding of concepts related to supply planning, replenishment planning, PFEP,material planning & inventory performance measures like ITR & DOH
- Work on materials management processes and drive improvement projects with a consultative approach
- Willingness to learn Kinaxis from super user perspective & train the materials management users as per need
- Excellent communication, presentation skills & demonstrated experience of working on projects with stakeholders from different geographies"
**Qualifications:**
"Engineering Graduate / Preferably Post Graduate especially MBA (Operations/Supply Chain/Materials/ Production) with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience related to Inventory Management, Material Planning & supply chain management in global environments "
8 + years in relevant role
**Skills:**
CPIM, CSCP or PMP certification will be an added advantage
"•Solid understanding of SIOP, Material planning,Inventory Mgt, MRP & demand / supply challenges
• Proficie skills level in MS Office: Advanced Excel and Power Point presentations.
• Proficient and good hands on exposure on ERP (Preferred SAP)
• Preferred exposure into Power BI, SQL and PowerBI query building.
•Technology Savyness (Knowledge of Kinaxis RR will be an added advantage)"
