Responsibilities\nEnsure that One Pager Report and RCA are submitted within target\nEnsure that Work Instructions have reviewed and approved JSA and FMEA\nEncourage your team to immediately report near misses/hazards as per guidelines\nEnsure that all quality related findings are properly investigated, resolved and reported through generation of Quality Alert Report\nConduct 121 and encourage team to partipate in Continuous Improvement Ideas\nReport all quality related errors/defects and participate on root cause analysis and CAPA closure\nLead Shiftly DMS for the turnover of issues/concerns and follow ups and work assignments of his team members.\nGenerate EAP Report as BCP once Prime is shutdown unexpected.\nTimely execution for shipment cuts transaction using the correct reason code after thorough investigation.\nMonitoring of shipment/Idoc error, investigate, reconcile and/or email to the responsible owner for closure.\nUpdate DMS Turn Over Summary and Warehousing Daily Scorecard\nGenerate/ Update and Send end shift reports for Cuts,Global DDS\nGenerate and Summarize Snapshot report and email unclosed items to the owner for resolution\nConduct investigation for the reported/discovered missing/gain FGs prior execution\nManage and monitor team members work assignment, productivity and end shift report submission\nConduct Mock Recall Retrieval Report.\nGenerate In-transit report and email to IMPEX and Customization team for validation and update.\nEnsure to meet 98% attendance reliability\nMonitoring of PNDSTD staging location (EO/FGs with issue)\nRequirements\nGraduate of any course or program \nExperience in inventory management and reconciliation processes\nStrong understanding of quality assurance and reporting practices \nProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. MS Excel) \nDemonstrated ability to monitor processes, investigate discrepancies, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards \nWilling to work onsite in LISP 1, Pulo, Cabuyao, Laguna \n
