Are you ready to ensure absolute inventory integrity and drive process excellence across our client's warehouse operations? We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to serve as the critical link between our physical assets and our financial records. This role demands strong expertise in inventory management systems, notably SAP, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies. ...

Responsibilities:

Perform true-up activities, including scheduling, verifying inbound/outbound entries in SAP, compiling adjustments and disposal information for SAP removal, and reconciling variances against SAP.Analyze on-hand inventory for accuracy, ensuring correct attributes (ship-by days, expiration dates, batch numbers).Conduct visual inspections and counts of inventory as needed.Execute CHEP pallet reconciliations according to specified cadences.Identify root causes of discrepancies and inaccuracies in perpetual inventory through process analysis.Assist in scheduling, preparing for, and managing customer inventory audits.Prepare warehouse operation and inventory reports, including KPI trend graphs.Run various system reports as appropriate.Perform weekly Gemba and inventory audits within the warehouse.Provide timely communication and completion of customer requests.Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.Ensure professional, consistent, and timely communication.Work with warehouse/3PL to ensure prompt provision of BOLs and other inventory documentation to customers.Support and drive improvement of 3PL inventory KPIs.Drive continuous improvement by working with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and implement best practices/routines.Develop relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Continuously learn and develop knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.1-3 years of direct inventory experience.Strong understanding of inventory control procedures.Excellent analytical skills.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.).Collaborative and effective in a team environment.Associate degree with a management or supply chain background.Experience in food service distribution.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with WMS/ERP systems such as SAP.
