- Perform true-up activities, including scheduling, verifying inbound/outbound entries in SAP, compiling adjustments and disposal information for SAP removal, and reconciling variances against SAP.- Analyze on-hand inventory for accuracy, ensuring correct attributes (ship-by days, expiration dates, batch numbers).- Conduct visual inspections and counts of inventory as needed.- Execute CHEP pallet reconciliations according to specified cadences.- Identify root causes of discrepancies and inaccuracies in perpetual inventory through process analysis.- Assist in scheduling, preparing for, and managing customer inventory audits.- Prepare warehouse operation and inventory reports, including KPI trend graphs.- Run various system reports as appropriate.- Perform weekly Gemba and inventory audits within the warehouse.- Provide timely communication and completion of customer requests.- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.- Ensure professional, consistent, and timely communication.- Work with warehouse/3PL to ensure prompt provision of BOLs and other inventory documentation to customers.- Support and drive improvement of 3PL inventory KPIs.- Drive continuous improvement by working with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and implement best practices/routines.- Develop relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Continuously learn and develop knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
