Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our merchandise operations by ensuring accurate inventory counts, compliance with packing and labeling standards, and on-time processing in coordination with our third-party warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in warehouse receiving and inventory management.

You will be working within the Bravado group - this is the only global, 360 degree full service merchandise company that develops and markets high-quality licensed merchandise to a world-wide audience. The company works closely with new and established entertainment clients, creating innovative products carefully tailored to each artist or brand. Product is sold on live tours, via selected retail outlets and through Web-based stores. Under the Universal Music Group umbrella, Bravado is able to leverage a global sales and distribution network from the world's largest record company, as well as the group's significant marketing strength.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide logistics support for D2C, Tour, Retail, and other various channels.Coordinate the end-to-end process of inbound and outbound goods, including arranging parcel / freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery to the end destination.Provide support for logistics operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance artist management satisfaction.Liaise with operations management team and confirm tracking, packing lists, and PODs for deliveries.Work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to and from our fulfillment centers.Create commercial invoices and international documentation.Manage shipment scheduling and tracking updates via Monday.com and other tracking platforms.Prepare and report on logistics reports and KPIs.Ensure vendor compliance adherence and compliance onboarding / training.Purchase new supplies and foster relationships with vendors, as well as attempting to cut costs by leveraging bulk discounts.Schedule supply deliveries and forecast demand to Vendors to minimize slowdown in the production process.Cross-train across the operations teamCoordination with local mailrooms and in office operationsSpecial projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferable in music or entertainment industry.Experience with order management and customer service.Strong skills in domestic parcel and freight routingStrong skills in international freight import and customs clearanceStrong skills in data management, MS Office, and advanced excel skillsWilling and able to work outside of normal business hours including answer zoom messages, emails, and potentially returning to work late at night/early morningExperience managing data from multiple reporting systems.Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite.High Level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.Knows how or where to obtain information; is resourceful.Ability to analyze data and trends, make educated conclusions based upon data.Embraces teamwork; shares ideas / methods to improve performance.Proven verbal and written communication skills.Prioritizes work activities; plans and stays organized.Manages timelines; deals effectively with the challenges of a fast pace, high pressure environment and deadlines.Takes independent action and works autonomously.Takes initiative and seeks increased responsibilities.Experience in consumer products, retail operations, or e-commerce is preferred.Logistics and transportation experience preferred.In house warehousing and distribution experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
