**Inventory Analyst Reagent H/F**
Abbott Core Diagnostic France carries out a significant portion of its business through CPR (Cost Per Reportable) billing.
This mechanism is based on the contract signed between the parties (client and supplier) and includes:
+ The supplier provides a monthly quantity of reagent kits, controls, calibrators, and consumables
+ The client performs patient tests and thereby deliver patient results
+ The client reports the activity of delivered results to the supplier
+ These elements are described in the contractual reference framework
The CPR FOC Analyst is in charge of monitoring this activity on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that the quantity of products shipped is in respect with Abbott Core Dx internal rules.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** :
+ Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
+ To monitor stock take realization on a monthly basis (Ambassador stock take, Netika stock take…)
+ To set monthly inventory/shipment targets and explain expectations to customers
+ To review what has been ordered vs internal rules
+ To explain what has been shipped to customers
+ To set priorities in case of emergency shipment needed at month end in agreement with Customer Experience Director and Finance management
+ To manage customer complaints on inventory levels and realigns expectations
+ For strategic customers, produce reports on inventory levels and delivery timeliness and attend business reviews to improve customers performance and satisfaction
The CPR FOC Analyst will collaborate internally with Finance:
+ To define monthly targets
+ To monitor landings at month end
+ To follow-up on shipments during the month
+ To leverage internal tools built and updated on a monthly basis by Finance team to communicate and monitor FOC shipments and targets by customer and by product and adjust targets if needed with the buy-in of customers
In collaboration with CEX Ambassadors the CPR FOC Analyst will ensure stock takes are performed on a timely and accurate manner by the Ambassadors.
If customer inventory is falling under Abbott rules, the CPR FOC Analyst will decide on replenishment priority in collaboration with CEX Managers and Finance.
**EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES** :
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree in business, management and business administration.
+ Must be Analytical, highly organized.
+ Results Driven - confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenge, and is quick on her/his feet. Monitors quantitative progress measures and acts quickly on deviations from plan.
+ Consensus-building - capable of utilizing strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with customers, colleagues and executive management.
+ Team Oriented - builds strong relationships at every level of organization and is a strong motivator who knows how to influence and get others to consistently do their best work.
+ Overcomes barriers within own organization.
+ Candidates must be fluent in local language and English speaker.
