Who You Are

You are an Analyst with strong analytical skills.

You are a proactive self-starter and flexible person who is able to work well with other members of the team as well as with other internal stakeholders, in order to achieve Department targets.

You are able to summarize and communicate all issues encountered, to analyze their root causes and to propose solutions.  

The Analyst is part of the Inventory Controlling team and reports into the Supervisor, Inventory Control EMEA.

What You’ll Do

Participate in the month end financial closure process, ensuring the delivery of reliable Retail inventory accounting bookingsMonitor Retail transactional systems reliability in cooperation with IT DeptParticipate in the semi-annual physical inventories process of all European StoresPrepare and maintain reports and KPIs both for internal and external useEnsure SOX compliance and act as reference point/connector with finance teamActive participation and support to relevant projects impacting inventory control team to make sure operational and financial requirements are metEffectively Communicate (oral and written) with various stakeholders at all levels, to provide, receive information, resolve questions and issues and give visibility to all the involved partiesParticipate in the monthly Reconciliation processCollaborate with the Inventory Control Field (in DC) teamPartner with Loss Prevention and Retail to cascade elevated stock keeping standard throughout the retail organization

You’ll Need to Have

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance with Accounting knowledgeExcellent proficiency with Excel  /  Power PointWMI, RLM, MMS and Qlikview knowledge would be a plusKnowledge of SAP S4/HANA would be a plusKnowledge of the English Language (verbal and written),any additional language is a plusRecent experience within Inventory Control or Finance Department is preferred3/5 years’ experience within a similar role would be a strong plus
