Job Description
Computer setup
- unbox, connect to network, add hardware
- Setup monitors, docking station, etc (for new users)
Walk-through users on OneDrive setup
- Login, setup folder synchronization (current systems)
- Assist with copying any local files or H: drive
Assist with setting up SplashTop (if we go that way)
Update PC inventory
- Adding serial numbers and other info
- Documenting TeamViewer IDs
Assisting users with Remote applications (Forms, Asset Management)
- Setting up links
- Getting users to login with Hargrove credentials
- Setup printers
- Install / Setup Citrix (admin account needed?)
Run reset process for Intuning machines
- Schedule time with users (we can help with this)
- Provide temporary replacement laptop, if necessary
Shipping assistance
- boxing up laptops to send to remote users needing Intune devices (10 – 12 users)
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving
Organize retired machines
- update inventory
- setup space for storage
- Remove from AD
- Cleanup TeamViewer (probably not temp)
Create instructions for user processes repeatable by users
Will be assisting in renovation of IT department
(we’re getting new carpet/new network drops and will need some equipment moved around – we'll all be doing this)
Potential outside the Intune project
Assist with implementing print solution (Papercut)
FreshService assistance as needed

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years within help desk/desktop support
Troubleshooting experience
Active Directory Intune Experience
