Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Intune Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires the ability to Design a simple Autopilot baseline that supports user driven enrollment and OEM dropship scenarios. Create two build profiles: NIST and non NIST, each with a minimal, documented software set (e.g., Office, browser, endpoint protection placeholders). Verify the already configured basic configuration and compliance policies for both builds; ensure assignments via clear device/user groups. Provide a traveler/OCONUS exception group/process compatible with GCC sign in constraints. Deliver step by step documentation for: creating/editing deployment profiles, adjusting Enrollment Status Page (ESP), adding/removing apps, and updating build assignments. Package and deploy one exemplar desktop app (e.g., 7 Zip/WinZip) via Intune as the model for future pushes. Document the packaging process (commands, detection rules, assignments, monitoring) so BBGSG can repeat it for additional apps. Call out tips/limits for packaging more complex tools; SentinelOne and BeyondTrust packaging are out of scope, but include notes/pointers. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Intune Solutions Architect or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MDM, and EMM solutions. Strong understanding of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems. Experience with Azure Active Directory and other Microsoft cloud services. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus. 5+ years of Intune Implementation experience
