The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Intune Analyst SoftwareOne We are seeking a skilled and experienced Intune Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable device and application management across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and related Microsoft 365 technologies. Due to the specialized nature of this role, it is considered a scarce and high-value profile in the current market. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the deployment, configuration, and administration of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager Oversee device enrollment processes for Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS using various methods (Autopilot, BYOD, Apple DEP, Android Zero-Touch) Define and maintain compliance policies and configuration profiles Manage application deployment and updates for Win32, LOB, and Microsoft Store apps Implement and enforce App Protection Policies (APP) and application lifecycle management Configure and monitor security settings including antivirus, firewall, BitLocker, and OS updates Collaborate with security teams to implement DLP policies, Conditional Access, and integration with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Integrate identity management with Azure Active Directory, including MFA and dynamic group policies Monitor system health and performance using logs, reporting tools, and Endpoint Analytics Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate tasks and streamline operations Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for escalated endpoint management issues Follow and enforce best practices for enterprise-scale Intune environments What we need to see from you Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune administration and support. Strong understanding of Intune architecture, licensing, and integration with Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Solid knowledge in device and application management, including deployment and compliance Experience implementing security policies and integrating with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity management principles Proficient in PowerShell scripting and using Microsoft Graph API Soft Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Proactive approach to process improvement and automation. Good organization, planning, and time management skills. Preferred Certifications: MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals MD-102: Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator __________________________________________________________________________________________ Why should you join?
