Job Description The Value Chain Project Management Consultant is responsible for the scoping, planning, and execution of comprehensive Value Chain Mapping activities at the Schachen (CH) site, supporting the production of biologics for First‑in‑Human use. This role leads the mapping of the end‑to‑end value chain, from Drug Substance manufacturing through Drug Product, packaging, and final delivery, working closely with cross‑functional teams across multiple sites. Reporting to the Head of Capacity Planning, the consultant provides regular progress updates, escalates risks, and aligns priorities in accordance with site senior leadership direction. The position requires collaboration across complex, high‑impact initiatives, demanding a dynamic leader with strong communication skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering value chain mapping projects within the biologics or large‑molecule environment. The consultant demonstrates high proficiency in project management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement, remains highly focused and self‑directed, and consistently delivers projects on time and to a high standard of quality. Well organized and resourceful, this individual takes full ownership of outcomes and does what is necessary to ensure objectives are met within defined timelines.
