Job Description An Insight Global Automotive Financial Insurance client has a role available for a highly skilled QA Analyst with strong experience in both manual and automation testing within an Agile/Scrum environment. This individual will support web and API-based applications and own end-to-end testing throughout the SDLC. The ideal candidate has a strong technical QA foundation, hands-on automation experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality releases. Skills and Requirements 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Strong manual testing skills with deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, and test design techniques Automation testing experience using Selenium (Java and/or JavaScript) Experience with API testing using Postman Proficiency writing and executing SQL queries for backend data validation Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and compatibility testing Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect tracking and test management Familiarity with GitHub for version control, branching, pull requests, and CI integration Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and participating in Agile ceremonies Strong collaboration skills working with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts Experience in the Insurance domain ISTQB certification Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Mocha Experience with ETL testing
