INTL MX - Technical Project Manager
Job Description Day to Day In this role, you’ll support two cross-functional engineering teams—one focused on backend services and the other on marketing cloud—reporting to an Engineering Manager based in Mexico. The TPM will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to drive Agile ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and ensure smooth collaboration across backend and marketing initiatives. While hands-on coding is not expected, technical fluency is essential to effectively communicate with engineering teams and guide project execution. You’ll also assist in evaluating business cases for expanding agency support in the U.S. over the next 3–6 months. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional efforts in a dynamic, cloud-based environment. Compensation: 75,000 in MX Peso/year Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements Must Have:  • 8–10 years of overall IT experience  • 3–5 years as a Technical Program Manager  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms  • Experience working in Agile environments  • Proficient with JIRA or ServiceNow  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams  • Strong communication skills; able to work closely with developers and stakeholders Comfortable leading initiatives without hands-on coding Plusses:  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)  • GCP Certification  • Familiarity with backend services like Java Spring Boot and Node.js  • Prior experience in channel communications or digital platforms Exposure to marketing cloud technologies null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
