Job Description • Design, build and implement scalable and robust ServiceNow architecture solutions and enhance existing features. • Develop custom integrations and facilitate seamless data exchange between ServiceNow, JIRA and other systems. • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using various integration methods (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.). • Write and maintain custom scripts in JavaScript, GlideScript, Groovy and other scripting languages supported by ServiceNow and JIRA. • Implement automated workflows and processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. • Develop detailed technical specifications and design documents. Skills and Requirements o Installation, configuration, development, and administration in ServiceNow products, and some JIRA and Confluence. o Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs. o Scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, or Groovy for development in ServiceNow and JIRA. o Experience with Atlassian Query Language (JQL) for complex search and reporting. o Understanding of user management, permissions, and security in ServiceNow and Atlassian products. o Evaluating, deploying, and maintaining apps and plugins.
