Job Description The Change Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes of Change Management, Change Approval Board (CAB), and Configuration Management Systems (CMS / CMDB) for Insight Global. This role involves enforcing change policies, promoting lean thinking, error-proofing processes and maintaining data integrity. Skills and Requirements -Understanding of ITIL processes, especially Problem Management, Change Management, Incident Management. -ITIL Certification (Level 4 preferred). -ServiceNow expertise -Knowledge of what -Experience with CMDB Workspace and Service Maps. -Ability to work collaboratively. -Experience with network or cloud technologies: Cisco, Fortinet, VMware. Azure or AWS knowledge. -Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience – understanding multi-customer environments and associated challenges. -Basic knowledge of security tools, hosting, backup/disaster recovery solutions.
