Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
Research-focused role requiring independence and persistence to resolve outstanding insurance claims and advocate for patients. Strong computer skills and creative problem-solving are essential.
Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
Qualifications Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of customer service experienceStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independentlyAbility to handle challenging situations with a positive attitudeExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Windows-based computer systemsExperience with claims processingPrevious phone or call center experienceMedical background (insurance, front desk, etc.)Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion Additional Data
