\n\nQualified candidates must be ACGME fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain and board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine.\nClinical responsibilities will be shared between Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Frisco at PGA Parkway and Baylor Scott & White Centennial.\nUnique opportunity to build a practice from the ground up, contribute to the development of clinical protocols, and support the growth of the clinic.\nExclusively outpatient\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS

\n\nDoctorate Degree in Medicine\n\nLicensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board\n\nWhere Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists\n
