Job Description

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented student eager to dive into the world of global supply chains and quality management within the Automotive Aftermarket business? This internship offers an opportunity to build your professional network and engage with both our diverse international suppliers and our internal customers.

During your internship, you will actively support the planning, tracking, and escalation processes for supplier audits across our entire TR supplier database.You will assist in the planning, tracking, and escalation of product requalification activities, ensuring continuous compliance.Furthermore, you will facilitate Production and Product Approval (PPA) processes, via electronic Initial Sampling Inspection Reports (eISIR) within the IQS system.You will help with 8D requests, tracking progress, reviewing/assessing proposed solutions, and escalating supplier complaints within the SAP R/3 system.In addition, you will provide valuable support for department-relevant topics and ongoing projects (e.g., within platforms like Docupedia or Bosch-Connect).Finally, you will actively participate in and assist during weekly status meetings, gaining insights into team operations and project progress.

QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of Engineering, Business Engineering, Quality Management or comparableExperience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office and SAP; practical experience in form of previous internship or working student activity (in quality management or in the automotive industry is a plus)Personality and Working Practice: you communicate well, are a highly motivated, structured, and self-driven team player eager to learn new processesWork Routine: office and mobile workingLanguages: fluent in English, additional language is an advantage (e.g. German)

Duration: 6 months
