Internship - Source to Pay (Procurement department)

**THE POSITION**
Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the Source to Pay Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities of the Procurement Process. You will be qualified to independently contribute to the daily run-mode activities. As an intern, you will be able to support the Procurement team on daily tasks by learning how to use different tools and systems.
The start time of our 6 months long paid internship program as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and ensuring timely approvals
• Support in maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation
• Participating in team/country meetings
• Participating in trainings (according to training schedule) and workshops
• Handling multiple data entries to the system
• Support in projects, research and team engagement activities
• Preparing and analyzing reports
• Identification and support in implementation of process improvements
• Responding to queries from internal employees concerning Procurement process
• Supporting additional tasks related to Plant Maintenance (e.g. Purchase Info Records creation and update)

• Students or graduates interested in the field of finance/administration
• Good communication skills in English (min. B1)
• Willingness to learn new skills and to take over the responsibility for the assigned tasks
• Proactivity, good organization of the own work and the ability to prioritize
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality
• Empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
• Existing experience in a professional business environment, e.g. previous internships or relevant student work is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
