Internship - Service Transformation Engineer

As Intern – Service Transformation Engineer you will be a member of the Continuous Improvement team and you will take part in expanding problem-solving methodologies within Daily Shop Management. This role includes ensuring the implementation of improvement activities identified through the production flow analysis.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Support the analysis of the actual scrap material flow during shop visit process, starting from induction to delivery of engine/module

Interact with different stakeholders in order to ensure the traceability of the scrap materials and their review activities

Learn how to standardize the new scrap materials flow and define the standard work of each function involved in the process

Support the proper scrap materials management at the end of shop visit

Support the KPIs definition in order to properly evaluate the implemented process

Promote and support problem solving within Daily Shop Management framework

Share and institutionalize best practices across Cross Production Cells

Qualifications/Requirements

Master's Degree in Engineering field

Good planning and organizational skills

Ability to quickly respond to and manage project changes

Process-oriented with an analytical mindset (Data Mining & Data Crunching)

Curious and eager to learn

Fluent Italian and English

Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Good oral and written communication skills

Good interpersonal, Influencing and leadership skills

Able to make executive presentations

Curiosity about the Lean Development Worldwide

Knowledge of SAP, Minitab, eVSM
