Internship – Regional Talent & Leadership
The Regional Talent and Leadership agenda supports the future fit and growth of HEINEKEN and our team works with the Senior Leadership teams at a regional and the operating companies across Europe, Africa and Middle East. We are looking for a motivated, analytical mindset and detail-oriented intern to join our team and support our initiatives.
Your responsibilities will be varied, and we hope to provide a worthwhile and rich experience for you, so you might find yourself working on the following items:
Assist with our aim of strengthening and developing the Talent Pipeline for: Succession for Management Teams, General and Functional management Talents and Women in Senior Positions. Assist in improving Leadership & Management Capabilities through regional initiatives. Assist in launch, data and insights from Climate and pulse surveys. Assist in launching new cohorts of regional/global trainings to develop our capabilities. Assist in driving our diversity and inclusion aspirations. Assist with Strategic Workforce Planning, building future fit capabilities through Acquisition, Assessments, Development and Deployment. Assist with building a Winning Performance Culture.Of course, not everyday will be the same, and you might be supporting lots of different workstreams across your internship. Importantly, you will work with international teams from 2 regions – Europe and Africa and Middle East, who are keen to share knowledge and can offer a supportive environment, where you can try new things, gain experience and find out what the world of work is like within our function.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following skills or willing to develop these skills:
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS). Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well in a team, build relationships, and provide excellent customer service. Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and new challenges in a dynamic environment. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in managing training schedules, materials, and participant information. Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles to assist in coordinating training programs. Enthusiasm for Learning: A genuine interest in learning and development, and a proactive approach to personal and professional growth.
Conditions of HEINEKEN
You are enrolled at an educational institution. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU. Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
