Internship Opportunities – Procurement and Finance **Soyo - Angola** **Internship Opportunities – Procurement & Finance** **Procurement Specialist Intern** **Responsibilities** + Purchase order (PO) processing. + Support purchase requests when needed. + Define the correct buying channel for each request; choose the best supplier in terms of price, quality and lead time. + Ensure that a PO is created correctly and follow up on any issues related to PO creation. + Create and dispatch supplier POs to supplier. + Support the Procurement Specialist Spot Buyer + Support day-to-day interactions with suppliers + Escalate complex issues to the Category Procurement Leader. + Perform problem solving for noncomplex issues with operations users. + Trigger catalog and buying guide updates when required. + Propose documentation changes and process improvements when required. + Track deviations and raise nonconformances. + Participate in continuous improvement projects. **Experience & Exposures:** + Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain or equivalent. + Candidate should have good written and spoken English. + Good communication skills are essential + Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft office applications. **Finance Intern** **Responsibilities** + Assist the Financial Lead with providing financial analysis of profit and loss and balance sheet accounts, including other nonfinancial metrics accounts. + Support day-to-day accounting requirements. + Help coordinate, review and distribute standard reports such as monthly financial analysis. + Support the annual budget process, quarterly forecasting and monthly updates. + Be responsible for best practice research, recommendations and implementations. + Work with country finance and business partners for process improvements and efficiencies. + Work closely with the Financial Analyst Lead and key business partners on a regional and global level. **Experience & Exposures:** + Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent. + Candidate should have good written and spoken English. + Good communication skills are essential + Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
