As Intern - Material Planning & Execution you will support the planning and coordination of materials required for production. You will assist in ensuring optimal inventory levels, timely procurement of material and smooth supply chain operations in order to meet production schedules and customer demands. You will get an overview of production planning, KPI management and priority management.
**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Monitoring inventory level and identify potential shortages or excesses
+ Collaborate with supplier to track order status
+ Develop support metrics, tools and reporting that will enable Manufacturing plants and Procurement teams to achieve inventory targets
+ Optimize MRP parameters to ensure on time delivery
+ Contribute to continuous improvement project
+ Support initiatives to apply Lean Production principles and improve process efficiency (e.g., waste reduction, standard work, 5S)
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or similar field
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills
+ Good communication skills and ability to work in team
+ Ability to analyze problems and provide efficient solutions
+ Curious and eager to learn
+ Good level of MS Office, especially Excel
+ Fluent Italian and English
+ Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
