**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be** :
+ Provide support in coordinating daily activities.
+ Assist in monitoring, coordinating, and verifying transport orders assigned by the Inbound Ops Lead; provides details about the delivery status to all stakeholders.
+ Responsible for verifying Customs Declarations and notifying any errors or discrepancies discovered to the relevant parties.
+ Responsible for recording Customs Declarations in the database.
+ Responsible for keeping documents in accordance with Emerson's document archiving policy.
+ Responsible for the quality and timely submission of import-export reports requested by company management.
+ Actively participates in departmental meetings.
+ Adopts behaviour that consistently promotes the company's image and interests.
+ Gets involved in resolving crisis situations that may affect the company and is constantly concerned with improving work.
+ Performs any task given by the direct supervisor or management related to the responsibilities of the position and/or compliance with current legislation.

**For This Role, You Will Need** :
+ Medium or higher education (can still be in progress).
+ Good communication skills in English.
+ Digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart** :
+ Basic knowledge of databases is a plus.
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer use.
