Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our customer service team in Dresano, Italy. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations while developing customer service excellence. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support our logistics and customer service functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Assist in processing and tracking customer orders through our logistics systemSupport the coordination of shipments and deliveries while maintaining accurate documentationRespond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and logistics-related questions in a friendly and professional mannerPerform data entry tasks related to logistics operations and customer information with precision and attention to detailCollaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure timely problem resolutionMonitor and update tracking information to keep customers informedAssist in preparing reports on logistics metrics and customer service performanceMaintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
