As an LD Intern, you’ll explore how training, coaching, and creative programs are designed to develop skills, enhance careers, and create meaningful associate experiences.
During your internship, you’ll learn about the full cycle of training—from planning, creating learning materials, organising sessions, to tracking training hours and engagement. You’ll also practice your digital literacy by supporting e-learning platforms, online surveys, and creative communication tools. With your flair in simple design and content creation, you’ll help transform learning into something fun, dynamic, and inspiring.
You’ll be guided by your mentor (Learning Development Manager), coach (Assistant LD Manager), and buddy (LD team members) through a personalised learning journey. Beyond the department, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in employee activities, special projects, and volunteering initiatives, making your internship an unforgettable experience of growth.

• Currently studying or recently graduated (within the past year) from a D1, D2, D3, D4, or S1 program in Hospitality, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication, Art Design, Information Technology, or related major
• Strong interest in people development, training, and employee engagement
• Good digital literacy skills (Microsoft Office, online tools, basic e-learning platforms)
• Creative in simple design, content writing, and presentation to support training communication
• Good communication skills in English; other foreign languages are a plus
• Outgoing, supportive, and passionate about helping others learn and grow
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and events
• Willing to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months
• Dedicated to creating distinctive experiences not only for guests but also for our associates
