Job Title: Internship/Industry Coordinator
Job Description
This role involves working directly within the music industry team, aiming to grow the business through partnerships with record labels, artists, and managers. The Industry Coordinator will perform support tasks and work on various projects across sub-teams. This position requires effective communication with internal and external partners and offers an exciting opportunity for those seeking music industry experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate meeting agenda inputs, take notes, and summarize action items.Fulfill administrative tasks including invoice tracking, payments, and contracting.Conduct outreach to labels for follow-ups and to collect assets and deliverables.Track artist partnerships, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and social media activities.Create, review, and update project and campaign trackers.Conduct research projects and audits as directed by the team.Create campaign decks and gather necessary inputs.Set up and prepare for artist meetings and visits.Provide project-based support, such as budgeting and event management assistance.Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department.Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree or MBA in music, entertainment, or a related field.Basic technical skills, including creating presentations in PowerPoint.Currently enrolled in a bachelor degree program.Strong interest in the music industry, with experience being a plus.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in the music industry, at labels, big tech companies, streaming services, or social media platforms.Entry-level position ideal for those enrolled in or graduated from a music program.Ability to work independently and within a team.Work Environment
The role offers flexible work hours, varying from 20 to 40 hours per week, with a commitment of at least two days per week. Additional hours may be available during school breaks, with a preference for full-time hours in the summer. The position is a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in the office. The work environment is supportive of students, with opportunities to gain valuable experience in the music industry. The office is located in Seattle, WA, with one position supporting the country music team in Nashville.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
