Job Description

We are looking for an intern in our Purchasing Quality Department. During the internship of 6 months, you will get the chance to contribute within an international environment at the Mobility Aftermarket business unit for Brake Components, Spark Plugs, Rotating Machines, Portfolio Goods, Filter and Energy/Battery.

Close communication with external suppliers and internal customers will be part of the daily business. This includes supplier audit planning, tracking and escalation for business unit supplier database.You will follow-up, support and apply production and product approvals (PPA) via electronic initial sampling inspection report (eISIR) for new product releases, changes and re-qualifications.In addition, you will be in charge of the 8D problem solving, including request, tracking, reviewing/assessment and escalation of supplier complaints at SAP R/3.Finally, you support us actively in the data analysis and automatization of quality processes (e.g. claim and investigation process).

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor studies in the field of Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Business Engineering, Quality Management or comparable Experience and Knowledge: in quality management, professional experience (at least internship), very good MS Office knowledge and SAP skills would be an advantagePersonality and Working Practice: you are a motivated individual who has great communication skills and a structured way of workingLanguages: fluent English, additional language is an advantage (e.g. German, Spanish, Chinese...)
