During your internship, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the work of a leading international medical technology company, in our research and development team for the development of novel tracking technologies for neurosurgicalnavigation systems.

+ Youareenrolledin amaster'sprograminengineering(electricalengineering,computerscience,mechatronics,medicaltechnology)ornaturalsciences.
+ You have a keen interest in technology and a passion for innovative products. Ideally, you also have an affinity for mathematics and software programming.
+ Youworkresponsiblyandanalytically andhavea strongabilitytounderstandcomplexsystems(hardwareandsoftware) intheirentirety.
+ You already have knowledge in the field of data/imageprocessing and electronics, in particular experience with MATLABorPython (ideally supplemented by C, C++ or similar) is an advantage.
+ A highdegreeofinitiative, open-mindedness,communicationand teamskills,aswellasverygoodwrittenand spoken Englishskills,completeyourprofile.
**Duration of your internship** : 6 months (full-time)
**Type of internship** : We offer voluntary internships alongside your studies, compulsory internships/practical semesters, and a combination of both
**When you start with us** : September or October 2026
**Where you will work:** Freiburg (Breisgau)
