Job DescriptionIndirect Supply Chain Sourcing
Implement and support process changes in Indirect Supply Chain sourcing approvals to improve efficiency and governance.
Assist in the achievement of major strategic sourcing goals, including cost optimization and supplier performance improvement.
Support initiatives related to extended credit periods and productivity tracking.
Strategic & Sustainability Initiatives
Contribute to company CO₂ reduction commitments by supporting sustainable sourcing and supplier initiatives.
Track and follow up on productivity improvements and performance metrics related to indirect sourcing activities.
Supplier & Market Support
Assist in supplier negotiations by providing market insights, cost trends, and benchmarking data.
Conduct basic supplier and market analysis to support sourcing strategies and decision-making.
Project Support
Support and coordinate Warehouse, Transport, and Packaging projects, ensuring alignment with sourcing and operational objectives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders
QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn operational processes.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tracking).Exposure to or interest in SAP systems is an advantage.Good communication and coordination skills.Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude.Additional InformationCandidate that is pursuing either a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management field.Preferable 4 months - 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.Joining date: February / March 2026
