Job DescriptionDuring your internship you will coordinate the lifecycle management of our manufacturing processes and work closely with the Technology Global Process Owners (GPOs) in our central Manufacturing Engineering department.To gain a deep understanding of the company's needs and goals in the area of manufacturing technology, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as management, engineers, and production staff.Furthermore you will coordinate technology scouting activities with internal and external partners and actively support the benchmarking of our core manufacturing competencies.Monitoring and reporting the KPIs of manufacturing process development projects will also fall within your responsibilities.
QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of Mechanic, Industrial engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or comparableExperience and Knowledge: safe handling with MS Office including AI tools and Power BI; experience with Production/Manufacturing or R&D (Production preferred); basic understanding of manufacturing technology processes, e.g. screwing, coating, sheet metal forming, welding, etc.; experience in project management especially in Technology are beneficialQualification: Technology managementPersonality and Working Practice: you are able to drive projects forward in a results-oriented manner while constantly absorbing new insights; you enjoy working independently and integrate successfully into cross-site teams, effectively utilizing your communication skills; you find it easy to proactively familiarize yourself with new topics and demonstrate openness to innovative approachesWork Routine: office attendance required, after that mobile work possible in alignment with departmentEnthusiasm: you are passionate about industrial manufacturing, have a strong willingness to think innovatively and follow new technology trends with great interestLanguages: fluent in English and very good in German
