Job DescriptionAs part of our Bosch Home Comfort central service unit, you will work within a multicultural, dynamic and interdisciplinary Service IT & Operations team. You will contribute to enhancing our service organization, providing you with the opportunity to explore and analyze a wide range of relevant topics, such as international partner management and service process harmonization.Furthermore, you will play a vital role in activities related to IT and operations, serving as a link between business and IT to enhance our international service organization.In addition, you will support a large-scale digital transformation project by assisting in the preparation and rollout of a central CRM solution in our focus markets.You will collaborate on cross-topic alignments between service processes and support process documentation and testing within an agile environment.Last but not least, you will gain valuable experience in various areas, such as service process management, requirements engineering and the management of market and customer needs, by supporting the team of global process owners within the request-to-service process chain.
QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics or comparableExperience and Knowledge: proficient in MS Office; first experience with Agile project management tools such as Atlassian Jira; knowledge of process modelling (e.g., Signavio) and testing is desirable; previous experience in service (e.g., SAP Service Cloud) is a plusPersonality and Working Practice: you are a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to work structured and effective manner within a diverse and interdisciplinary team; you possess quick comprehension skills and a strong affinity for ITWork Routine: partially mobile working within Germany is possibleEnthusiasm: passionate about working in the customer service environment and contributing to the development of service business processes; eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processesLanguages: very good in German and English
