The PositionThe QC Network provides strategic oversight and guidance across critical areas, including Microbiology, Bioassay, and Analytical Control. We drive analytical innovations, ensure harmonization through proactive lifecycle management, and develop QC-related solutions for continuous improvement and automation. Beyond technical expertise, we drive global strategic initiatives, harmonize our analytical equipment fleet, and foster efficiencies, particularly in the realms of digitalization and sustainability.
The Opportunity
Support and lead sub-projects in our sustainability initiatives within Quality Control.
Contribute to the QC Network's objectives in business efficiency and strategy.
Taking part in developing the global QC Efficiency Roadmap.
Collaborate extensively with representatives from Roche's global Quality Control laboratories.
Develop deep insights by analysing data and exploring details in-depth.
Contribute to innovative solutions in sustainability, digitalization, and automation.
Synthesize complex information into clear and concise executive summaries.
Who You are:
We're looking for someone currently pursuing, or who has recently graduated (within 12 months) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Natural Sciences or Business Management. You should be driven by a keen interest in shaping pharmaceutical quality control through innovative thinking, proficient in English, data analysis tools like Google Workspace and Excel, and eager to learn new technologies. Strong ethics, relationship-building skills, and excellent communication in an international setting are essential, along with the adaptability to work in a matrix environment. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Analytics and project management is a plus.
