The PositionOur goal is to serve patients by partnering with external suppliers to deliver quality products at the right cost. We ensure this by enabling our partners to reliably provide compliant products and services, using cross-functional collaboration to drive quality process excellence and continuous improvement.
The Opportunity
Provide quality and compliance oversight for external GxP suppliers, including manufacturers, labs, and service providers. You will act as the Quality Point of Contact, participating in cross-functional teams throughout the entire supplier lifecycle, from selection and implementation to ongoing supply and decommissioning.
Drive quality and compliance: Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality expectations are met. Proactively address and resolve quality issues.
Support quality excellence: Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate new regulatory requirements and perform other quality-related activities to maintain compliance.
Accountability: Be responsible for meeting Roche's objectives by delivering on business outcomes, managing work priorities, and adhering to the Code of Conduct.
Actively enrolled in or a recent graduate (within 12 months prior to the start date) of a master's program in Life Sciences or a related field.
Passionate about healthcare and working for a company that focuses on improving people’s lives.
Some understanding of cGMP, ISO standards, and international pharmaceutical regulations is an advantage..
Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite applications and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English (both written and oral); additional language skills are an asset.
