Understand and analyze the existing maintenance ticketing system, including ticket lifecycle, data structure, and available data access methods (e.g. database or API)Extract, integrate, and model maintenance ticket data together with SMT line, machine, and technician master dataDesign and develop a centralized maintenance operations dashboard providing visibility on: Open, pending, and closed ticketsTechnician assignment, availability, and workload distributionResponse time, repair duration (MTTR), and ticket agingDowntime trends by SMT line, machine, and failure categorySupport the transition to a centralized technician support model by visualizing cross-line support performance and identifying manpower imbalanceDefine, implement, and track key maintenance KPIs aligned with operational targets requirements

Qualifications

Proficiency in JavaScript, along with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, is required.Experience with databases and SQLKnowledge of Tableau or PowerBI is an added advantage but not compulsory.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with big data.Interest in manufacturing operations, smart factory, or Industry 4.0Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Fluent in spoken & written EnglishPreferably able to commit fully for at least 5 months (full-time internship).
