Your role:
Assist in drafting and designing internal communication materials that are clear, engaging, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and change-related events.
Coordinate logistics and scheduling for communication and training activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and feedback.
Maintain structured documentation and track progress of communication and training initiatives.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance stakeholder engagement and message effectiveness.
Support in KPI tracking related to the change management activities
You're the right fit if:
You are Master's level student in Change Management, Supply chain, Economics and/or Business Administration, with an interest in transformational projects
You are proactive and takes initiative to drive tasks forward.
Familiar with basic communication strategies and skilled in drafting messages that are creative, easy to read, and understand.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong logistics management and organizational skills.
