Be part of the people-focused heartbeat of Grand Hyatt Bali through a Human Resources Internship As an HR Intern, you’ll support the daily operations of our HR team while exploring how hospitality businesses grow through people.

Your journey will focus on digital HR practices, from managing employee data, updating HR Information Systems, creating digital forms, to supporting internal communications. You’ll also get the chance to use your creativity through simple design projects such as making posters, newsletters, and social media content to engage employees.

At the core of your internship is learning how HR contributes to creating distinctive experiences for both employees and guests—because happy and engaged employees deliver unforgettable service. With guidance from your mentor (Learning Development Manager), coach (HR Officer/Manager), and buddy (HR associate), you’ll enjoy a personalized learning journey filled with exposure to HR activities, volunteering opportunities, special projects, and employee clubs.

Currently studying or recently graduated (within the past year) from a D1, D2, D3, D4, or S1 program in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, Hospitality, or related major

Strong digital literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR Information Systems

Creative mindset with the ability to do simple design (e.g., Canva, basic Photoshop, or other visual tools)

Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable with administrative tasks

Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). Additional languages are a plus

Outgoing personality, collaborative, and eager to interact with employees from various departments

Passionate about people development and creating a positive work environment

Willing to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months

Committed to supporting distinctive guest and employee experiences through HR excellence
