Internship HR: Total Reward & International Mobility
**THE INTERNSHIP** You will have the chance to join our Human Resources team in a multidisciplinary internship in our Milan headquarter. This journey will give you a deep understanding regarding the Center of Excellence Functions such as Compensation, International Mobility, Benefit & Wellbeing. **Tasks & what you will be learning:** + Knowledge and Participation into the Total Reward Strategy and Global initiatives + Support and contribution for the preparation of yearly compensation processes, analysis and surveys – with a special focus on salary structure and changes brought by the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970) + Support for the implementation of benefits and wellbeing initiatives, Benefits Plan and related administrative activities + Participation into the global implementation of development and growth programs + Knowledge and support in the International mobility tasks accordingly the Regulations in place and the respective Laws and requirements + Involvement in HR Center of Excellence activities and projects **What we are looking for:** + We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree—preferably a Master’s—in Economics, Law, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
