Job Description

Our Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives focused on process automation and efficiency improvement. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that reduce administrative overhead for our Project Managers, ultimately enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and analyzing existing administrative processes within the PMO and project management functions.

Support the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to streamline routine tasks (e.g., reporting, data collection, resource tracking).

Contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of new tools or technologies that can enhance PMO efficiency.

Work closely with Project Managers to gather requirements and feedback for automation initiatives.

Develop and maintain documentation for new processes and automated tools.

Participate in testing and quality assurance of developed solutions.

Provide general IT support to the PMO as needed.

Present findings and progress to the PMO team and stakeholders.


Basic Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement.

Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBA) for automation purposes.

Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Slides, Google Spreadsheet) is a plus

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.

Able to join on October or November 2025
