Program Overview

This 6-month structured development program combines customized learning experiences with intensive specialization training, designed to align with your professional growth objectives. Talents will gain comprehensive exposure through rotational assignments across key departments, leadership responsibilities in team-based projects, and hands-on management tasks. Additionally, the program offers access to curated leadership development initiatives, fostering both operational excellence and a service-driven mindset, and the opportunity to contribute to Hyatt World of Care Programs.

Job Purpose

The FB Intern s responsible for all daily operations of all assigned outlet including the reinforcement of FB program and ensuring diners have a positive experience at food establishments by exhibiting excellent customer service. Their duties include greeting diners and taking their orders, communicating with members of the kitchen about orders and carrying meals or beverages to the correct tables. The Waiter/Waitress must execute a variety of activities with the manager and the team, including but not limited to managing stock levels; and managing sales. This role will ensure efficient and profitable management of all areas of responsibility while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications

- Education: At least a Vocational certificate preferring Bachelor's degree in any field

- Language Skills: Fluent in English and a second language is preferable

- Experience: At least 2-year of experience in restaurant operation or well-trained in FB operation

- Skills: strong communication interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness

- Personal Attribute: passionate about hospitality, high adaptability resilience, and curious about global hospitality trends
