**Description:** Bring unforgettable moments to life as an Event Planning Intern at Grand Hyatt Bali! As part of the Event Planning team, you’ll learn how to assist in the coordination and execution of meetings, weddings, and group events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll experience how different departments (Sales, Culinary, Banquet, Housekeeping, and more) work together to make each event successful. You’ll also be involved in preparing event documents, supporting client communication, and observing how professional planners handle on-site logistics and last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency. Throughout your journey, you’ll have the full support of your mentor (Learning & Development Manager), coach (Event Planning Manager or Executive), and buddy (Event Planning team members) through a personalised learning experience.
