You will work alongside experienced engineers to design, implement, and optimize EDA tools that support the physical design of modern processors in state-of-the-art technology. What You’ll Do * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand tool requirements * Design and implement internal EDA tools using Python * Apply modern code development practices like CI/CD * Validate and benchmark the tool function on real designs * Document and present your work to stakeholders **Required technical and professional expertise** * Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field * Strong programming skills (Python or similar) * Familiarity with chip design flows and EDA tools * Analytical mindset and attention to detail * Good communication skills in German and English IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
