Your contribution to something big

At Bosch, we create cutting-edge Fire Alarm Systems that protect lives and properties worldwide. But a great product is only half the story. To ensure our customers get the most value from our technology, we offer industry-leading commercial and technical training programs.

 

This is where you come in. We're looking for an intern with marketing background to help us package, promote, and deliver these training programs to our global customer base via our Bosch Training Academy.

 

What Your Impact Will Be:

 

Product Training & Content Creation: You will help improve and market our training portfolio. This includes creating online tutorials, videos, and promotional materials for our B2B partners with state-of-the-art digital tools.Manage the Customer's Digital Journey: You'll take an active role in managing our Learning Management System (LMS)—the digital platform where customers access our training— ensuring a great user experience.Enable Global Sales & Partner Channels: You'll be a key point of contact for our internal teams and external partners worldwide, creating and distributing communications that empower them to promote and sell our training offerings effectively.Analyze Commercial Performance: Move beyond simple metrics. You'll learn to track and analyze data on course enrollment, customer engagement and feedback.Shape a Digital Product: You'll support updates and the rollout of new features on our Bosch Academy, directly contributing to the improvement of the learning experience (UX/UI).

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree and/or student in master’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related fieldExcellent communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand. (Other languages are a major asset!)Keen interest in technical learning content and training methodologiesYou’re proficient in MS Office, with an enthusiasm for quickly adopting and leveraging new digital marketing technologies (including AI-powered tools)A proactive and independent mindset, with organizational skills to manage projects in a fast-paced, international environmentA sharp, analytical mind and a strong desire to learn how marketing drives business resultsBonus Points: Experience with data analysis or tools like PowerBI would be fantastic
