Job DescriptionThe main task of Platform Portfolio Management (PPM) is the implementation and active steering of new technologies in worldwide tire production plants. We consider business impact related to product performance, tire component complexity and material costs to steer the technology portfolio and implement it according to optimum business scenarios.
In this exciting environment at our location in Hanover-Stöcken, we are offering an internship starting mid mid April 2026. For the best possible learning experience, the internship should have a duration of about 6 months.
The focus of this internship is to support with project work and experience working within interdisciplinary project teams and high complexity interface management environments.
Tasks include:
Develop and maintain clear, data-driven documentation and interactive dashboards to support strategic decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for follow-up actionsProject work in an international environment with intensive use of MS Office programs and TableauMaintaining project documentationQualificationsStudents (m/f/diverse) in Data-Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable fieldExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and interest in automating data-related processesExcel macro programming (VBA) skills are an advantageProficient in standard MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPointFluent English language skills, written and spokenStrong ability to work independently and find own path from task to solutionCreative and self-driven mindset to improve efficiency (automation) of processesProactive communication and good networking capabilities with colleagues of diverse backgroundsAbility to comprehend technical topics and express them to colleagues outside of the field of expertisePlease attach your current certificate of enrollment and also your current transcripts of records and an extract of certificate for a mandatory internship.
