Job DescriptionDuring your internship, you will support us in the integration of digital production solutions along the shopfloor (e.g. ticketing systems, (Andon) dashboards, experience and knowledge systems).You will assist us in the implementation of proof-of-concepts (PoCs), especially for integrating multiple applications (e.g. event-ticket-knowledge provision).Furthermore, you will configure and extend the integration and automation solutions, such as Node-RED, interfaces and data flows.Last but not least, you will document the use cases, data flows and technical concepts, as well as support during roll-outs and testing.

QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of Engineering, e.g. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or comparableExperience and Knowledge: basic understanding of IT systems, web applications and data flows; first experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript),  first exposure to automation, integration or low-code platforms (e.g. Node-RED) and basic knowledge of APIs, databases or Linux environments are an advantagePersonality and Working Practice: you are a structured, initiative, independent and motivated person with a good communication skills and an enjoyment of working in international teamsWork Routine: hybrid working model combining office-based and mobile workEnthusiasm: for digitalization, automation and networked production systems; interest in logistics processes, practical IT solutions with a direct connection to the shopfloor and in understanding complex systems and interrelationshipsLanguages: fluent in English
